94 mage or bgs?

Hey, I currently have a bandos godsword (35m at average) and 4m cash. I would want the fastest way to get 94 mage other than ancients which would be stringing amulets for me. However, it'll cost ALOT and would totally take out my bgs. Do you think I should sell bgs and get 94 mage? Or should I do gwd and hope for something good and use that money to get 94?

Well here's what I think. You should first toy around with your Melee stats and raise them with Bgs, then sell the Bgs and get 94 Mage.

I suggest you get 94 Mage by buying Magic Longbows and Alching them because you will not lose much money or buying green d hide bodies on lowest price and alch them and gain money. It's very hard to find people selling Green D Hide bodies since more and more are learning about the secret.

Stringing jewelery? That's the best method you can come up with?

If you want my opinion, use your Godsword and do a thousand trips to the barrows. Then you'll have all the runes you need to cast your ancient magics for level 94.

I would do a mix of both, do some barrows and get a fair amount of money, then, then sell gs (unless you have enough money from barrows), and use the money for alcing or use ancients on something.

Seriously. It is THE best way to make money. I don't care.

Alex 43 could probably help you if you aren't that efficient. He is the Barrows Guru. He taught me most of the stuff I knew.

94 mage just isn't very productive now that you can't PK. So if you're gonna do one, get the sword.

94 mage will only cost about 6-7 mil from 87 mage so do some barrows and some gws make a lil money and you got it

I don't see what BGS can be useful for. Isn't SS better than BGS in terms of TRAINING? (SS hits lower but is faster...)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but IMO BGS is only if you wanna have the highest damage possible.

So I'd go for Mage.

I would highly recommend using the BGS at Bandos GWD, since you'll easily find a team if you have a godsword, and you'll make money for raising magic easily. In my experience, barrows is slow in comparison.

I guess I'll do some barrows, hunt chins to make up the money as well as alching. The June skotm will be useful to me and I hope I get in top 10!
