no all he does is play gop. You should see his gop scores. His runecrafting level is like 83 and he gained 1.1mil of gop tokens since 50.

I haven't been f2p for a long time but I do remember doing two things for money:

1. Getting assisted at the air alter to make 9x or even sometimes 10x air runes
2. Making steel bars

Ill answer the first question first.

You can do a lot of things for money as a non-member. Something i suggest is killing ankous. The drop rates are pretty good. Another is skills, especially woodcutting yews.

To get off to a good start, you should get a fair bit of cash, and get your skills relatively high. This way your ready to buy and be able to do things in members.

i usually mine iron southwest of varrok, most of the time there are not high lvl players. not alot of money per hour, but enough to get by with

When I was f2p I just made steel bars for cash.
If you gather your own materials to make them it is very profitable.

I don't like giving away tips like this, but one of my favorites is tele grabbing wines of zamorak. You can make 1k or so for each wine you get. Very nice way of making money.
