Doesn't even matter.... they can't swim and I doubt it helps them float with a gapping rotting hole in their stomach or rotting flesh. Even if zombies did exist one day, (unless they're like the "I am Legend zombies" (I'm more so thinking of the Dead Rising zombies)) they would never be able to infect a large population because let's face it... they're stupid and as long as you have a baseball bat... you're good. They would be quickly taken care of by the police/military before they even spread.

This is probably true. The Westboro Baptist Church zombies have been contained so far. Police were nearby so I suppose that's why they couldn't use bats on them.
