Strange enough, I get a lot of these emails too. Some say I bought some err... Blue pills? And I need to confirm the payment or something, by entering my credit card details.
Others say my Windows Live messenger account is going to be deleted in 48 Hours because I was involved in spamming schemes. They give me a link with a "solution" that says: Click here to download Microsoft's malware removing tool to keep your account. When I check the link, it's a .exe file linked to another site, obviously not from Microsoft.
I've never been fooled before. All you have to do is use your common-sense, and be alert. These kind of emails are so easy to evade. They always have terrible grammar and they never look good (in style).
Glad you didn't lose anything
