The other thing you people are neglecting is the fact that most these bills come under very close scrutiny even if no one is crying out "injustice." These bills in particular probably undergo or will undergo a lot of amending in committee (where they go over bills with a fine tooth come...twice) before they get to the floor and even then there is no guarantee they will pass.

These should be stopped, most of sites that share pirated works.

TPB will never go down, every other time they were shut down they came right back.
MU just died
MV went with MU
I will be unhappy if MF goes down because I use that for a lot of legitimate purposes.

Either way, none of these sites -should- go down.

Pirate Bay is immortal. So many times it was taken, yet it was always brought back. Fine MU and MV were killed BUT I can assure they'll be brought back. And if they don't, I'm pretty sure they'll transfer every deposited files to a new domain.

Life is a pyramid. Elite, people making laws are at the top of it...but they're so little in numbers. Yet, internet users, in the bottom of the pyramid has the highest count. If they all stand together, they can ''reverse'' the pyramid if they make a rebellion. That's a pretty basic thought.
