I normally just eat normal things when I am sick. If I can't taste due to congestion, I will eat/drink healthy things that I normally wouldn't.

I was brought to a buffet one time when I was sick, can't really choose one thing, you know? But, I've had SOMETHING wrong with me for the last week, I've been waking up pale and shaking when it's about 85 in my room. I also havn't been able to eat much, and as a result, I've lost a bit of weight. The bad stuff outweighs the good stuff most of the time, especially when no one knows what the hell is wrong with ya.

I don't change my diet. When i get sick i get stubborn. It's like i punish myself for getting ill by refusing to accept it.

Refuse to stay in bed, refuse to let it effect my life.

The other month was a good example i botched my foot and was in pain walking on it. Now the sensible thing would be to rest it and/or see a doctor. Being stubborn and a bit of an idiot when it comes to these things i walked on it and just did my best to ignore the pain. By the second week i was hobbling and finally decided to just lay off it. XD

In that example i lost the fight.

It's a constant battle.

Being sick sucks. No amount of "special food" that I could have when I was healthy anyway is not going to make up for it.

I dont eat anything, I usually just drink a lot of poweraid.

I hate being sick btw, caz when I get it its effing horrible.

Ugh I get sick a lot. Like today I am. I hurled during first period, they sent me down to the nurse's office while they called my mom. She got extremely mad (as per usual when I'm not feeling well), took me home, yelled at me some more, gave me bread and told me to lie down. I'm still not feeling well but she's beyond caring now.

Hah, I do that too.

I have to go with Ramen or chicken noodle. Most the time I've been sick, the stuff I had wasn't exceptional and especially if I had the stomach flu, it all came back up anyway. So, I guess water is the best most the time. Keeps something in your stomach, but doesn't come back up as gross as most stuff.

Depending on how many people are around you when you are sick, will determine if they go on as normally as well
