I can't say i do. I know he read some stuff. And i feel as sad about his death as i do about anyone else i didn't know dying.

He was a news-reporter though, although I'm sure he read the news sometimes.

It seems famous people die every year, it's just that some deaths are more notable than others. This year was particularly a notable year. :shock:

I'll try to answer all your questions about who he was. Basically, he was a news anchor who covered almost every important even from the 1st moon landing to Vietnam to all kinds of things. He was just around for a long time and became a very familiar news figure, comparable to Larry King or someone that old and notable :lol:

i wonder if his dad believed in tv lol
but i think Jimmy Carter said if cronkite dies then america would die or something like that (it was on the news)
so is america in trouble now lol
