Ok people,

when u go to the gym, what do you do to get a good workout? Not sure how to convert kilograms to pounds?? (use online converter).


My workout routine (In kilograms)

70 (Kgs) on 45*degree leg press (3 sets, with 12 reps in each set).

22 (Kgs) on upright row (using barbell) (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).

Two 10 (Kgs) dumbell shoulder-press (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).

45 (Kgs) seated row (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).

45 (Kgs) benchpress (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).

bicep curls (with 7.85 resistiance level for both arms) (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).


I started couple of months ago, so im not huge :roll:

That reminds me, I should go to the gym more often.

I honestly don't do all that weight training stuff. Having a couple older siblings, I end up getting conscripted into moving them a lot. You'll find that moving a lot of heavy furniture up and down a bunch of stairs really builds up muscles you never knew existed!

I usually end up doing the treadmill, bike, and stair-climber, along with the machines. I tend to just need the workout. :oops:

I started couple of weeks actually doing a simple workout at home (push ups, sit ups, crunches, etc.) by spending around 30 minutes each day. I got out of shape in the couple of months so time to burn those weight off. The fact that summer is coming on and I live near the beach means that I will start swimming more :D

My routine is:

-Warm up with stretchs and 800m jog.
-Run for 5 miles.
-Cool down with 800m jog.
-Go lift weights...I am weak :lol:

Well since I have rugby every day right now I can't go to our school's weight room but I still do the classic home workout with wall sits, push ups, squats and stuff like that.

Luckly i get free gym memberships and love it....

Just lifting weights dosnt do much for me so i try to mix it up...


Start of stretching on the stretching machine, legs, and arms.
Jog mile and a half
Ride bike for mile, this is the shortest part.
Then i do the express circuit, Which is a trail of weight you follow through and it works out every part of your body. The entire circuit takes 30 minutes.
Then to the sauna to relax....

Run 2 Miles
Do some push ups, crunches.
Other stuff to, playing soccer also helps me.
