Ok people,
when u go to the gym, what do you do to get a good workout? Not sure how to convert kilograms to pounds?? (use online converter).
My workout routine
(In kilograms)70 (Kgs) on 45*degree leg press (3 sets, with 12 reps in each set).
22 (Kgs) on upright row (using barbell) (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).
Two 10 (Kgs) dumbell shoulder-press (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).
45 (Kgs) seated row (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).
45 (Kgs) benchpress (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).
bicep curls (with 7.85 resistiance level for both arms) (3 sets, with 10 reps in each set).
I started couple of months ago, so im not huge
