I for one always use the southeast station. Why, I don't know, I just always run there.

North East if I am actually doing anything that will keep me there for a while because it is usually the emptiest. If its something quick I go to the closest one. NW if I am coming from Edge, or SE if I am coming from Varrock.

Either northwest or northeast depending on whether I'm planning on using fairy rings or the spirit tree to go to my next destination.

I use the north east because the spirit tree is quick transport. Good for tree and fruit tree access. :)

Southwest one. It's just easier. i don't get why they changed it to four but i guess having six banks in varrock is useful... :-/

I typically use the Southwest and Southeast stations just because there close to the West Varrock bank.
