What do you consider the "value" of your RuneScape account?

Is it your unique name? Your piles upon piles of money or... needles? Are you the best in the world at what you do?

Personally, I'm proud of my skills, even though many people have much higher skills than I do - my best cape of 10s is 40, and I have no capes of accomplishment. I consider myself well-rounded even though I have low construction and summoning levels.

I'll have the 50s cape and I have one Skillcape.
Even though I'm certainly not the best person here, I think that I'll certainly get better as time goes on.
I like my skills and especially the way it feels to have that level that I really wanted after grinding for a week

I think it is just the time I have spent working on it. I don't really care about the money on it since I can make it back up. Also, with my character comes the rsbandb community, which means a lot.

I consider my account special. First, Runescape was my first MMO. Second, my account is over 8 years old now. Third, I have worked in every single skill myself. I haven't "cheated" around it or let someone else work on it for me. I know that for the age of my account I should probably have like almost every single lvl 99 skill, but I don't. I come back to playing every once in a while and I quit been a hardcore player for Runescape years ago. I love the fact that I can pretty much do almost anything I need to do, and if I don't I can easily work myself up there. I am very proud of my account all around.

To me, my account is worthless. It's bit of data stored on the internet. Ladee-fricken-da. To someone else, it might be worth something, but all it really represents is time I've wasted not doing anything else useful. How's that for an answer?

I'm going to be cliche and say the memories I have on my RS account are its value. It might not be the best account, I might have a low combat, I might not have a cape of 10s, I might not have a 99 yet (very close to one though!), but I have led two clans, made a few good friends, labored over F2P, gone crazy fishing in P2P, pined over every trimmed version of Rune armor, gotten nearly every single trimmed version of Rune armor, gotten dragon armor, etc. Even though I've had long hiatuses from Runescape and my account might not be of value to other people, it has enough memories to be of value to me.

My account is worth the 3,500 hours I've put into over the years.. and that's about it.

I do cherish my unique original name , it's been my nickname ever since 05.
I wouldn't give my account away for anything.. ( I've had friend(s) over the years bugging me for my character )

for me, the value of my account is in what it's allowed me to do, as an escape from the world, and the people I've met. Plus my name is pretty unique.
