Errm at the moment I can only think of... "Threesome69" and "runepikaxe".

Names are not so cool now to be honest. Since you can change them.
"Cool names" lose my respect if they are changed display names.
Login name > Display name

EDIT: I'll probably cause some misunderstandings so I'll explain myself better:
Names like J blighted are great (sorry jose!!! :( ).
Its bad if you change your default name to something "I want to be funny" style, like:
"i 69 u mom".

bad names are funny,but i wouldn't suggest naming your account something offensive.
