I think it might be fun, will be good for Hunting on and having people ask my weird questions that they can easily look up on the Runescape KB.

eh that idea in general seems lame but i like this question

6) Pur35 Ownage asks;
Would there ever be a console version on RuneScape like for xbox360 + PS3, i think that they would be a great success if you could get the controls right, but they would have to speak not type which is much better.

Yes, indeed, we are looking at all the consoles at the moment and deciding which one or two are best for our community.

Yeah, I like this idea. Sure, I won't log into those worlds every time. It would get boring, at least to me... I would probably log into those worlds when I do things that can get crowded. Honestly, I like it when I do stuff that people haven't seen before, (Humidify, or any lunar spells) and they ask what it is. I usually give them a sarcastic response lol.

As for consoles, I don't like the idea of that. Unless voice chat was implemented. Then I might check it out.

That would be even worse. All you'd hear is: "SELLING RUNE PLATEBODIES 60K EA" "WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR HAT?" and "WHAT IS EVERYBONE'S FLETCHING LEVELS???" when you'd walk by a city

Free world for noobs? Good that would get rid of a major part of the most irritating people ever.

On console? That would be the gayest thing ever invented. The game is talking based. With no way to type, it would just sucks hardcore. With voice, well see the post above.

i love the noob free worlds idea but the console thing just seems inconvenient when you want to do anything compared to the computer version

What good would it do? All the high level things would be crowded with idiots. I would be hanging out on the "noob" worlds so that things like abyssal demons would be empty.

There he lay now, sick, miserable, filled with ill-will towards himself; full of hatred for the impulses toward life, full of suspicion of all that was still strong and happy. In short, a "Christian"... - Twighlight of the Idols

I dont really care about noob free worlds. As for consoles, they would fail cause typing would be a pain or there would have to be voice chat but you couldn't hear a thing walking into the ge with all the people talking. And we'd have all the eleven year old swearing because they know the words. Thumbs down for consoles

Noob free worlds would indeed be a good idea but i thin the idea of age based worlds would be even better. For example only 16+ worlds, 18+ worlds ect. The chat filter could be eleminated on the 18+ worlds as well. They could do a combination of both to be honest, say 18+ and 1700 or 1800+ total. I do see an issue with making sure players are actually of age. Just a few random thoughts i guess.

All the noobs would lie with their age, claiming they're 40+.
That's sounds great, a 16+-18+ world would be nice, because under that, kids are generally very immature, stupid and annoying.

Worlds depending on your total levels would be great. Since most of the coolest people are high leveled and the greatest morons have like 1200 total with 80 combat(And they are very proud of it).

If i remember back to when i made my account (God that was awhile ago) it asked for our age so jagex should have that on file. If they made it a combination of both then it wouldn't be possible for 11 year old kids to make an account and claim there 40 y/o just to get on to these worlds. They would have to legitimately train the account to a high level and by then they would have matured or got bored.

When I created my account, you only had to hit that you were 13+, I lied to that because I made my account On June 2005, And I turned 13 only on October 2005.
Then it changed, just for fun I tried to created an account with the age of 12 year old and the following message was shown

Sorry you need to be above 13 to create an account

Then I tried again with another name and above 13, and the message turned to

We know you are not above 13, we really meant that.

So yes, indeed they have that in their database.

Oh no worries, I was 13 when joined BnB :P
