If you owned runescape what would you change?

I have lots, but since it can only be one thing, I'd make an epic extension to the Champion/Hero/Legend series that involves the elf lands and opens up a huge new area.

I'd prolly remove the whole trade limit thing. Either that or just raise the lower end cap by a decent amount. That way the GE couldn't completely fail and ruin the economy.

Wish I knew the formulas behind combat and whatnot .. perhaps try to base them less on chance if possible. Or extend the amount of people allowed to be added to friends/ignore list.

Then I'd ignore the good rants and implement some really stupid changes that were asked for by idiots in the rants and watch runescape burn.

Make person-to-person trade count towards the GE value of an item. For those of you who do not know, when I come and trade you an item, this trade can't effect the GE value. This would help eliminate the so called "black market" for rares and other popular items.

As for other things it's obvious some items prices are manipulated I would enact a hands-off approach on the economy and let it run itself.

I would also make the company more transparent allowing players to see what's going on inside (mind you to a level that's not security compromising).

Finally, Runescape Premium. An upper level of membership ($10/mo) where you get exclusive perks such as servers for premium members, beta testing on releases that are expected but not hidden (AKA beta test a new skill after it has been announced in a BTS if it is decided to announce it, example being Summoning).

I like this idea! Possibly have a much more lenient trade limit, but make membership maybe a minimum of 6-12 month subscription eliminating most macros possibly. Idk, just an idea. I know I would support and spread the word. Hell, its double money for Jagex and the more responsible demographic would be the majority.

No trade limit
Free market on the GE (I.E you are able to set whatever price you wish for your item) And when you buy something off the G.E you are displayed a list of prices for the item you wish to purchase.
Bring Wilderness back.
