Pheonix Gang Vs. Black Arms Gang

I'm sure most of us have done the quest (Shield of Arrav/Heroes Quest), I just want to know, which one did you pick?

I Chose Phoenix.

Phoenix .. it sounds cool .. and I remember something about their crossbows being great when I was around level 10

I think i've done it like, 7 times lol. So while I'm sure i've chosen both I think the first time I chose black arm.

It would be better to choose Black Arm over Phoenix as it would be easier to find a partner for the quests.

But I chose Phoenix, simply because I had no idea what I was doing nor did I realize it was a quest. I eventually found one of those certificates required to complete it on the ground, but didn't realize it. So when I was more knowledgeable, I was trying to advance in the quest but it wouldn't let me. XD So that and Ernest's Chicken are the only F2P quests I've not experienced ever.

I'm on phoenix gang as well. I remember I had no idea that joining the gang would have any effect on the future, but what's done is done.

I'm in the Black Arms gang simply because when my brother played RS, he already joined Phoenix so we could finish the quest together.

At the time my friend chose the Phoenix Gang, so I ended up choosing the Black Arm Gang. I don't think there are really any advantages for choosing one over the other.

pheonix, I used runehq :oops:

and I only read the first option 'Option 1 : The pheonix team'.

Then I created a new account with black arm cuz I wasnt able to find a black arm guy XD

I chose phoenix because it was easier at the time. I shouldve just waited though because phoenix partners are so easy to find for heroes quest. Black arm are the ones that are slightly rarer :/

Black Arm Gang required a partner earlier than Phoenix so I chose Phoenix.
