The new skill! (Dungeoneering)

Now that we are at 299 Quest Points, The next quest should hopefully be the new skill. But I am saying this because it would be a good thing to release the new skill and get us 300 quest points and Andrew said the new skill will be coming out soon. So just putting the pieces together. Hopefully some time before the end of the month, but next week would be better. .

yeah, also the 28 days thing. Yes I could be any month as all have more then 28 but I'm pretty sure it'll be this month.

I wonder how this skill will be tackled. Naturally 95% of the population of Runescape will want at it. Will it become hard to train due to this if resources are limited?

That's what I'm concerned about. However, I doubt that will be much of a problem.

For the record, I'm stockpiling obscure items in case the skill requires them so I can get a head-start. Wheeee!

I remember before construction came out, some guy stockpiled and picked up about 10000 planks that spawned, the then sold them outside portals when people were desperate for like 4k each. Easy to say he made a bundle. I wouldn't doubt he got 99 later

i think they should randomly release the new skill with no warning so ppl cant do things like that

It has got to be soon. Getting 300 quest points would be a good way to release it. So my guess is next week, and if not next week, the week after. What other things can they release if they aren't going to make the new skill come out before the 300th quest point is gained?

I just realized february has 28 days lol except on leap years so could it be this month?

Knowing Jagex, with all this secrecy, it's probably something nobody ever thought of (Hunter almost came out of nowhere).

Like "Investigation" (Helps you find lore and secret stashes, and improves the chances of not hitting 0s), or "Faith" (Helps your prayer, and aligns you to a respected God).

Here's to hoping it's necromancy or Shapeshifting.

Still hoping for a medical skill. However it would work, it would be very interesting imo and probably very useful, too. But I'm very much in the dark as to what the next one will be. I'd assume it's coming out either this month or next. 90% certain.

Ok, maybe that's pretty general. Still, I want to say I called it by being in the ballpark of the release date. Stockpiling random stuff wouldn't be a bad idea either. If it is sailing, start piling on the planks, nails, and silk. :lol:

It will be closer to the middle of the year than to the end of the year.

I don't think so. I think that's just them telling us that it's coming out later in the year, then suprising us earlier so we didn't expect it. But then again... They couldn't be lying.

I don't think so, considering what the Jagex mods posted on Thursday. If it's going to be a combat skill, I got no clue. Not sure what other kind of combat there could be.
