When Item Lending Goes.. Bad...!

I know for sure that you can't lose items with the lending feature. What they do (behind the scenes) is this: When you lend an item to someone you're item goes directly into that claim-a-lended-item-back-thing (I obviously forgot the name). You cannot pick up for the time you agreed on. The other person gets a duplicate of your item. Which gets destroyed after the timer expires. So you basically never lend your item. You just duplicate it and won't be able to use your own.

I still don't understand the point of the Lend System. Other than experiencing things that you would most likely never have ever, there is really no point. Yes, sometimes it's good but you never know what can happen. There will always be people trying to scam, duplicate, etc rare and expensive items and Jagex can only do so much.

For me, item lending is only for lending things to my friends. If they need a whip since they range at godwars and needed a weapon for gettinc kc, I'll gladly lend it. Not many people are able to hack through Jagex in order to duplicate/scam though.

It would suck if you lennded out like an AGS. I would quit RS haha.
