Yup, broke down and replaced my old XP system. Got a sweet deal on a Dell through work. I saved $120.00 off the price. Total cost of my unit, including taxes and shipping: $578.00.

Specs:
Dell Inspiron 3847
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 2.03 GB Memory
RAM: 8 Gb DDR3 (1600 MHz)
HD: 1 Tb Western Digital
OS: Windows 8.1

Compared to my old dinosaur this thing runs saweeet! Runs RS in full high quality with no problems at all giving 30-35 fps.
I know you all will complain that it doesn't have a dedicated graphics card, but I thought I would try out the integrated graphics first before shelling out any more money.... and, I am quite pleased with it's performance.

Well, I am fully in the 21st century now.

Well I was gonna complain about integrated graphics but you beat me to it. I wouldn't try to run anything past Runescape on them.

True true. But, RuneScape is really the only game I have time to play actually. So all is good.

Glad you've upgraded to a supported OS and substantially faster hardware :D. Likely all of this extra oomph, and less power being used. Literally no downsides.
