greek fire?

The fire could be spreding 5 spaces in radius and could rapidly burn peope in that area. It could be an item, spell or anything. Thoughts?

That sounds like an ancient spell but do it in a 3x3 box, unless it's supposed to be like a level 99 spell.

Ya there are some flaws, but it would be a good spell, Magic hasn't gotten that many new spells recently that are multi combat and I think they should add that in, because it would allow people to be in ancients at strykewyrms and heal with Blood Barrage.

Is that like similar to the new Prayer? Was it Soul Split or something? It was like retribution from the normal prayer book but this one causes more damage to people.

No, he's talking about a spell like Ice Barrage but it's fire based, not Ice Based. Like Retribution I guess.

Oh well we already have a few things that causes multiple damage. The red chins hits look pretty "firey" I believe, so yeah I don't think they'll need another update like this unless its used only by people with a certain 99 skill.

Chinchompas Explode, not burst into flame. Now that I think about it, Salamanders breath fire, but it's only to one target. Could be something that the new skill allows you to do. You never know.

If this was to be implemented, pvp, especially pvp mini-games would be even more 1 sided than they are now. I mean, people burst in castle wars all the time, and people hate it. Although I like the idea of the ancient weapon rather than like saying "lazers plox", it still seems like something that probably won't ever happen.

the concept of an on-land aoe is promising in runescape though. greek fire sounds like a **** name to me, but the concept is nice.

click spell, click ground. for X seconds it remains on the ground and gradually expands its area of effect, sustained damage while standing on the flames.
