I have 24 Mill, these Stats (http://highscores.rsbandb.com/runescape_bits_and_bytes/user_high_scores/skill_rankings/kjth2003) and I need a fast 99. anyone suggest one? please also suggest method.

Got 59 mage and 67 Hp (Second highjest stat behind WC 72) Should i go for 99 hp before anything else?

Due to start recording my final update in the next 10 minutes or so.
