Is it just me, or do things in the combat beta no longer have their passive % chance affects? I.e the SGS 25% chance to heal and restore prayer?

double xp is confirmed as well as summoning, poh, and other bonus xp is not going to work. the bonus xp that you have will be ignored for the duration of the weekend.
