A positive thing about the Effigy Update is that Skill Of the Month will be more fair IMO.

Playing a ton of LoL these days, not been on RS a lot.
Should I get bandos which has better str or torags which has better defence?

so tired.. making progress with fishing though, going to continue, almost 15k more fish till 99.. getting closer and closer everyday!
Slowly getting everything up, just got 40mining. Yep, I think I got back into the game now. :]
