to dungeoneering folks out there; do i need 98 ranged to "bind" a hex bow? if i'm below 98 ranged can i bind and save it till i get 98 ranged?

If using Mountain Lion or Lion and rely on playing RS through a browser (not the client) do not install the latest Java Update. It prevents the Java 6 client from working in browsers.

Is there any difference between having your butler fetch planks from the bank and just using noted ones on him for him to unnote?
