Since it's not coming out till 3 months from now and nobody outside Jagex has used it, the combat rework will obviously suck and we should all complain and throw a fit.
Too many people pushing down Jagex and "The Evolution of Combat" even before it's in beta... Honestly you cannot really say much by pictures, unless you truly sit and play it for the first time. :)
I really did not think RuneScape could turn more into a game like World of WarCraft, but from that behind the scenes video, I don't know what to say about it.
