what is the best way from 39-44 runecrafting? currently lvl 39 with 21k to go. currently doing fire/cosmic runes (alternating) what is the best route? and how long should it take?

what is the best barrows setup costing about 500k max =/ like armr and pots and stuff. I want to go but don't wanna spend alot on it. I can borrow a whip or d claws or sumtin. so armris only big thing
