A month has gone by and I still have not had my offences removed and my membership refunded, thanks Jagex this is a whole new level of pathetic in customer "support".
1 day until I'm automatically unbanned and a few hours after that my membership expires. Got a reply from billing support saying they passed the message on but so far nothing else has happened.
It has now been two weeks without a single peep out of Jagex though appeal/email, I guess its finally time to send billing support a message since someone will actually read it.
1. School stores admin passwords in plaintext 2. We use the admin accounts for a few things 3. School gets angry 4. School doesn't change passwords 5. ??????
