well now that i have 70 smithing, i think that i am going to work on some runecrafting 52 atm, idk what level i should get it to, any ideas? nothing to high though

okay, i want to do the penguins, is there anything that i have to do before i can do them, and what is the whole penguin thing about, all i know is that you can get levels for it :D
