well, im sure neaither thing will happen, ppl just ownt listen to bush when hes drunk and tells ppl to fire missiles, theyd have to have a huge confrence, using the federal system and all, hed need a 2/3r's vote, then theyd have to prepare everything and all that. so pretty much after those 2 months bush wouldent still be drunk, witch is why id have to say the u.s. wouldent be abl to start the war, i doubt neone in u.s. would snipe watever that one dude is for no apparent reason, thus if nuclear war did break out it would prolly be russia's foult, and u.s. would get major support by U.N. *thats just imo*

btw: i voted u.s. cuz i live here and my dads a marine, it would jjust be fair to vote for that, i wouldent want my dad to die

edit: rocket, ur stratigy was good, i also would like to add that now days more advanced governments *all i know of is u.s. lol* use smart bombs and missiles now days, these have advantages over nukes, u dont have to blow the hell outta a country to use em. their more portable, easier to make, and over all, now days war isnt fought with brute force

What a lot are not realizing is..you cannot just invade a country and not wind up other countrys now adays. Rocket said china..i don't know but it wouldn't just be china if america invaded russia the whole of europe will be uptight and not happy with that move. So i pretty much think America wouldn't dare invade without good reason.

F-22 Raptor OWNS any Mig that the Russians have... And hate to say it but most likely they wont fight cause Russia isnt organized nemore... And we have the best built rockets (ICBMs) than the have nukes (which have prolly been stolen by some facist country). Wed OWN.

EDIT- Japan isnt supposed to have a international army. As of what... WWII?

i voted russia cus they seem to hav a lot of fire power. america has alot aswell but by wat u said russia wuld go well cus they also hav better trained from ur perspective and that is wat i am coming from in this reply.

also wat if allies were brought in, america wuld hav lots of allies so that wuld make it close... but still russia is soundin strong from wat ur sayin
