God I love coffee. Hot coffee with a little Irish Creme and Sugar. Or a cold Frappuccino from Starbucks (Correct spelling because I'm drinking one right now). If I could vote twice, I'd vote for both hot and cold, but I voted for hot.

as in yellow dye #5? never heard any miths that have to do with it, actually the only truly bad thing ive heard about soda's is that deit cokes and pretty much every other diet thing had sugery stuff that could give u cancer, until splenda was created of course, but i dont like deit neways, if ur trying to loose weight i suggest u dont drink things with caffine at all (well mabye coffe is ok)

From Starbucks I like Frapuchinos... the Mint Mocha Chip is especially good... but if I'm at home in the mornings I usually like hot black coffee

You're thinking of Sweet'n'Low which can cause cancer. Diet soda's contain aspartame, which is made up of 2 artificial sweeteners and hooked together by methonol which makes up 10% of aspartame. Methonol is a wood toxin that activates at 80 degrees Fahrenheit I believe, or inside the body as well. Rumors say that it can cause a range of things, but I don't think it's true.
