Once upon a time in the great land of Runescape lived a poor widow who was due for sextuplets. Her husband had passed away because he was murdered by a werewolf.
Usually, Guthix, god of balance and reincarnation, would have reformed the father. This did not happen for the man had always scammed other people by selling them rock hammers and calling it a granite maul. One day in the night in Canifs a cry was heard.
The widow began to endure labor. Luckily the local bartender heard the cry and stumbled out the door to the house where the cry was heard. He busted through the door to find the maiden laying on the bed. He had experience as a doctor. Finally as 6 hours passed, the babies were born. To the Maiden’s surprise they were all boys. She named them after the names of her childhood boy dolls. Karil, Guthan, Verac, Ahrim, Dharok and Torag were the names of her six children.
The Maiden was down to her last golden piece when the boys had finally reached 4 years of age. The last golden piece was spent on a loaf of bread. The brothers quickly realized that this was a problem. They convinced their beloved mother into selling the house.
She finally agreed and they moved to Aroudgne. She lived in an old cellar which was bought with the money left over from the house. The boys became aware of the idea to pick pocket the men and woman around to gain money. By the end of the day they had earned 73 golden pieces and Dharok had earned a massive bruise on his cheek.
These coins were used to buy food. A week passed when the boys realized that they needed a place to call home. They were basic thieves now. They agreed over who was to steal what by the end of the day. Ahrim was to steal bullseye lanterns, a tinder box and a large amount of logs. Karil was to obtain silk, wolf fur, and bear fur. Verac was to get iron bars and a hammer. Torag was set to fetch nails, thread and planks. Dharok and Guthan were to steal any food and coins to be found. The boys had finally finished their tasks 3 hours later. They all at least had earned a mark or even a welt to teach them a lesson. The mother awoken to a huge stash of goods and actually thought the boys found this stuff. The next three days were spent making clothes, furniture, lamps, food and a basically a place to call home. The boys wore brown clothes with black and grey hints.
They all wore hoods attached to a robe top. They also wore baggy pants with a rope for a belt. The Family enjoyed themselves with their daily cycle until the day came when the brothers had turned 5. The mother had gained 120,000 golden pieces from her clothing business. The boys all had interests in certain things. Karil was fascinated by thy art of arching. Ahrim was touched by magic and spells. Guthan and Verac were into becoming hero warriors one day. Dharok and Torag wanted to become legend warriors. Their mother agreed to their wishes. She headed towards the archers guild with Karil’s hand tightly secured in her own. She dropped Karil off and paid the 20,000 golden pieces for Karil’s 7 year agreement. She hugged and kissed him so much for she would miss him. The next day she was escorted to Yanille by a young man. She sent Ahrim into the mage guild with another 20,000 coins and a sad goodbye. The widow rested until about 5:00 am. At that time she brought Torag and Dharok to the legends guild and paid the owners 40,000 coins for there were 2 payments. She headed through the white wolf mountain. As se carried Guthan and Verac in the nice warm cloaks she knitted she accidentally stepped on a log. This awoke the wolves. They viscously growled as the widow cried of her regrets. Suddenly as a wolf lunged towards the widow as a nearby archer plunged an arrow into the neck of the wolf. It dropped to the floor and died.
The other wolves began to enrage. As the widow ran to the end of the mountain she screeched, “Thank you.” She was panting as she strolled by to the Hero’s guild. She dropped off her last children as she wept and handed 40,000 coins to the guild owners. She said her sad goodbyes and left back to Aroudgne. She received letters containing progress of how very loved children were doing. The mother continued her business for 7 long years when she had earned a profit of 372,000 coins. She finally had the chance to see her boys. She went down to Yanille first to see Ahrim. He was tall and skinny, but very wise. He dashed out the window and gave his mother a huge hug. Tears rolled down his cheeks. He was so excited. He was dressed in a hooded cloak, which was attached to the rest of his clothes and he wielded a lava staff with a black book. He directed his mother to watch him demonstrate his learned skills. He escorted her downstairs as he shot a flaming star at a wolf. It nearly killed the wolf. The wolf ran and jumped towards Ahrim. At the last second he teleported behind the wolf and guided a circle of smoke onto the wolf. He used the smoke to then throw the wolf on its head, killing it. When Ahrim left with his mother they thanked the workers of the guild and left the area. The mages taught Ahrim crafting, runecrafting and magic to the proficient level. He was truly experienced. When they arrived at the archer guild Karil ran out to give a hug to Ahrim and his mother. He wore a brown bandanna attached to a coif with studded armor on.
He then led his family to the target range where a dummy hung. He bowed and unleashed 6 quick knives into the dummy as feathers burst everywhere. When the feathers cleared the head of the dummy had been removed by the blow. As Karil was congratulated the family left for the Legends guild. Karil had been taught superior fletching and wood cutting as well as arching. When Karil, Ahrim and the widow passed through the Legends guild gates two spears stopped their movement. The mother Explained how her boys Dharok and Torag were in there. The guards didn’t buy it so she showed them her certificate and the family entered the guild. Dharok had landed a massive axe onto the head of a giant as Torag smashed two hammers into a moss giant. Both of the boys had been taught to mine and smith to the proficient level as well as combat. As the Family headed by the white wolf mountain she warned her children about the wolves. All four of them smiled and ran through the mountain, slaughtering the wolves. There were flaming blasts going every where as rune knives shot out into all directions. Torag and Dharok hacked through all the remaining wolves. Then a giant wolf emerged from the snow. The four brothers were nearly killed for 5 other giant wolves came up and now all were growling viciously. Suddenly Verac and Guthan jumped over the wolves. Back to back the brothers stood anxiously. The melee brothers swung like crazy as Ahrim bounded the wolves to the ground. The wolves were nearly dead when Karil threw 6 knives into the air Ahrim guided each one into the neck of the wolf. The brothers quickly lead there mother off the hill. Verac and Guthan were dressed in plate skirts and brassards. As Verac wielded a dragon mace Guthan wielded a dragon spear which had blue permanent poison on the tip. They learned prayer combat and fire making to the proficient level.
When the Family reached aroudgne they sold every item they had and moved to Varrok.
They bought a home by Lowe’s Archery store. The family still had around 20,000 coins left. For once the whole family was grateful and happy. The boys usually went on player killing trips and obtained armor, weapons, staffs, bows, knives and runes. They sold the useless items to players. Every boy was unique in something now.
They all had a master thieving level. The family lived very well for 8 years until one day a thief had broken into the house and cut the mothers wrist for her money. The boys were so flared up and angry they walked around looking for a man like that. Ahrim went by the rune shop for some runes when he saw a man running with cash and a bloody dagger. Ahrim quickly teleported in front of the thief and halted him with his bony hand. He launched a wave of air sending the thief into the wall. The thief had broken bones everywhere. Ahrim guided vines around the man and carried him to his brothers. Some guards saw him and lunged after Ahrim. Ahrim simply struck the men with a blow of ice sending them to the floor bleeding. His brothers and he decided to take him to the wild where no one would here his cries. They took out to a graveyard where he was buried alive. There was nails planted every where so if he did escape he would be cut and slashed. The brothers went to Varrok and spent hours on making there own original clothes and armor as well as weapons. When a month passed they had set each brother for life. Karil had over 1,000 bolt racks. Each one contained 73 bolts.
Ahrim had over 73 talismans which all lasted for 2 years each. The warriors had
Enough potions to last a year for which was all carried in bags each brother.
One day when the boys were In the mort Myer swamp an old man halted them and began to waist there time. Since they didn’t listen he Shouted,” You stupid fools you will pay!”
The brothers went after him. After a minute of straight beating the old man was nearly dead when he said,” Blighted, wretched, corrupted, infested, defiled and tainted as you are send down to death in a casket!” Then he closed his eyes and died. Throughout the 8 years of the brothers’ life they grew sick and gained undead traits. When all at the age of 28 they died. Everyone agreed to burry them in the barrow sarcophaguses just south of Mort Myer. To the very days of Runescape the site has been raided and invaded all for one prepuce, To reach the chest in the middle to obtain the legendary armor of the barrow brothers.
