I get this so many times it's unbelievable. i even had a level 107 ask this:
Person (lots): What staff is that?
Alex 43: *Looks at dragon spear (kp)* Um...it's a dragon spear.
Person: What's that poison?
Alex 43: *Remembers the quest has been out for so long* It's karambwan poison.
Person: Is it good?
Alex 43: *If it wasn't, why would i be using it* Yes, it's the best poison in the game.
Person: Can I see it in trade?
Alex 43: *Dude, it's quest poison, so it's untradable* Sorry, it's untradable.
Person: Can you drop-trade it then?
Alex 43: *As if I would drop something worth 400 000 gold* That never works. Trust me.
Person: Oh. Can I have some of that poison?
Alex 43: *Keeps a stash of karambwan just for kicks* Sure. (Alex 43 gives a person a karambwan and a mortar and pestle) Now don't eat it.
*Too late. Person eats it without regarding the fact I also gave him a mortar and pestle for a good reason. Either he eats it and freaks out, running to a bank for an antipoison or asks me what to do. But once they do have one...*
Person: What do I do with it?
Alex 43: Use mortar and pestle on the karambwan.
Person: *After a while* Aw! It doesn't work on daggers!
Just goes to show you how adventurous people are...*Sarcastically*
