Is RuneScape starting to lose it?

Now hear me out before you flame me or get upset. Ive been playing RS by paying for quite awhile now... Over a year or so. I think that in the 3 total years that I have played, RuneScape is getting dumber and dumber. Like this farming skill... I know its good for herblore and all that, and it would be pretty cool with POHs, but, its just pretty pointless and out of nowhere when they could be adding new quests and things. Dont get me wrong. I will try it before I say anything negative. But, I just dont see a reason to continue paying if its worthless. I am actually EXCITIED about POHs... So call me a noob. But, if there are more "pointless" skills like this farming one, then Im ready to withdraw from RS... Just leave an opinion, dont flame or degrade me. Im just giving an opinion.

Well, according to Jagex, the POH's are coming before the year ends, and all they did was get farming out before POH because all the noobs on the RS forums were begging them for a new skill.

And yea..rs went bad about a year and err..3 months now? about that long. Stupid low lvl boring junk is all that comes out of it now..i just play because i enjoy the old parts of the game and i still have some hope they wont let me down...for once.

Yeah... I know... Im like never on the RS Forums, so i didnt know. I might even go back to RSC when the game still was a game. Hhmm... Thx, though

well, i think its pretty cool, i mean jagex has made some bad changes, but i like farming POHs in particular, slayer wasnt really a good idea, but some of the monsters were, and full mystic is kool, so id say theyre going down and up, its a bumpy road...

Its a war with newbs with jagex theyre giving them what they want.

thats your opinion, i know most of my friends absolutely HATE quests. they're looking forward to a new skill, a new challenge, another dynamic to advancing in the highscores.

Hhmm... O. Well, it is my opinion. I just wanted to see what other ppl thought. Slayer isnt bad. Its a promising skill if they set it up different. But I understand the highscores thing. Ppl want to be the best. So, I understand.

I think that rs has gotten a bit boring now, and will continue to be boring till im a member. I have pretty much done everything I can in f2p, and now I dont even have time to train or pk or nething.

100% AGREE to above. However Jajex has done some up and down updates however DON'T KNOCK SLAYER ANYMORE! Slayer gave you an Abyssal Whip and Granite Maul. Also farming I can actually see use in according to my thoughts on it right now. Another one besides the POH for members I think Carpentry might also be in the future. And they wanted it for 3 years I think. Also treasure trails were a great addition and even gave f2p's some happiness . So Don't knock it until you try it!

Yea i agree as well. Jagex may just suprise us with good stuff.

The only setback with the treasure trails were all the scams and such...but otherwise, that was a good update. And slayer was also good, because with the addition of the crystal bow for range, and teleblock for mage, melee needed another pk weapon (or 2).

I agree...! I like some of the updates that they have done. Crystal bow especially since Im a ranger, and I like the Maul and all... But, it just seemed pointless to release farming b4 POHs... But, I like the winery idea... ^_^. I can do that!

Yeah ummmm I was going to say as well that SLayer Skill RUINED RuneScape. Since the skill came out P-hats, masks and Santas have gone up million and millions in a shooooooort time. It is kind of dumb that everything cost so much now. I can see when whips hit large amount p hats and masks going waaaaaay down because no one will be able to afford them. LOL come on 100mill for BLUE P HAT it was 18-20mill just what two months ago.
