Quote: WASHINGTON (AP) -- -- The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that local governments may seize people's homes and businesses -- even against their will -- for private economic development.
This means that your state government can come and tell you to move out of your house, and go find another place to live, without giving you any money or anything in return. Also..personal property? That could be anything! Even your computers, cars, firearms, and oh God, even poptarts!
(Here's the 2nd amendment to the United States Constitution, giving citizens the right to have guns.
Quote: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. )
Quote: . . . nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation
Here, the 5th amendment to the United States Constitution states that private property may only be taken for PUBLIC, not PRIVATE use, and the govenment must pay you money in return.
I hereby deem the United States Supreme Court unconstitutional!

Oh, if I were a congressman right now, everyone would know my opinion on this! This new ruleing is useless! No good at all! The only thing it would ever be good for is whiping your butt with after a nice steamy poo.
Our Constitution has been challenged and challengedagain in it's 216 year history since its creation in 1789. The United States Constitution is the longest running Constitution in the world! AND IT BETTER STAY THAT WAY!
Look at france...How many constitutions have they had since 1789, the year of their revolution...maybe 20? 30 constitutions? Ha! And we're still on our second! Beat that!

I fully support the ban on flag burning. The flag represents what we have fought for since 1776. It represents our freedom in the world, it represents the million plus people who have died defending it in the Revolutionary War, War of 1812, the Spanish American War, Civil War, Alamo (even though that was a texas thing, it's still part of america), WWI, WWII, Vietnam, Korean War, Gulf War, Iraq War. The American Flag represents all that is good in this world. You may choose to burn it, I guess, just do NOT burn it around me, you communist sickos. I am sure anyone who has an ounce of pride in this nation will feel the same way.

My apologies. I wasn't referring to Iraq (England went with ya remember ) and i most certainly didn't mean to start a flame war. Feel free to remove my last post. At times i can be..one sided. :p
