Most people us ms paint to create fake runescape pictures.. they use the print scrn button on their keyboard and takes a screenshot of runescape. They paste it into ms paint and edit it.. Stuff like that.

No problem.. also with your signature code you don't need to enter an apostrophe ",". either a space or no space will suffice.. :)

You could use a Flash Generator or you could do it from scratch from A Flash making program. Ex: Macromedia Flash, ImageReady
