if u buy vials u still need to bank.. Lol some guy sold 1k vial to store.. i spend 30 min buying 600 soemthing

I dunno if its gd or bad, It depends on 2 things: a) what country ur in. b) how much u play.

Let me explain:
A) If your american, U'll be awake @ diferent time.
B) If you hardly evr play, U'll miss the updates.

so it depends on how these affect you. For me, i think its better now, but to be honest i nvr buy runes anyway (from shops) lol.
