Use the tip.it treasure locator next time... Also this is right west to yanille there are green spiders there too so watch out. If you didnt know already you will need the chart the sextant and the watch to be able to dig this up with the spade.

It's quite hard to find it, because there are trees AND spiders bothering you there. Bring lots of good. Thats my tip.

Where exactly can you get the chart a sextant, ive tried to go to the observatory but the people only talk about the observatory quest, am I in the wrong place or do I have to do the quest?

Yeah, you must complete it first if you've started it, or you need the clue in your invent, I think.

You don't need to do Clock Tower, just Observatory.

Yes they do, which is very annoying because whenever they attack you it closes your sextant and you have to restart.
