Training Range

Right now my range is 57 haha get all the laughs out now. I am thinking about making loads of iron knives and using em on chaos druids to train range and also collect herbs.

I want everyones opinion on if they think that is a good way to train range. I will do it until about 70 or 75 range.

looking to retrieve you're arrows? or do you not mind shooting them into a cage and not able to retrieve them

I'm using knives and yes I am planning on collecting them but its ok if I don't because making iron knives doesn't take too long.

well my idea was to throw them at the caged greater demons in ogre city cave. i'm not so sure about knives..but with bronze/iron arrows i gained 50k exp an hour

Also I would like to know if anyone has ever done what I am thinking about doing and might know an xp per hour at the chaos druids. If no one has can someone make an estimate.

Well xp will be really slow at the chaos druids cause they will die fast then you pick up all the stuff, and the bank trips... sorry I can't estimate how much you would get very well cause I don't know how long it takes.. you to do everything there.. but I will attempt to:

Assuming you kill 75 chaos druids a trip, and make 3 trips an hour... that will be 75 * 20 hits * 3 trips * 4xp/hit = 18k xp

I'm not sure how accurate that is... but i don't know how many you kill a trip and how long a trip takes....

Well I did range greaters too... ranged from 65 - 77 range on greaters on entrana.

i have done this before, only with darts. I would suggest u do it at the ogres in the combat training place north of ardougne. but u should only go there if ur willing to risk losing the knives. a lot of noobs there will steal them for some reason i dont know. also, a tip: you dont get as many knives per bar, but u get more darts per bar but you will need feathers. also im not sure if darts or knives give more xp. i think knives give more xp, im not sure.
