If you go to the General Design Crew Discussion....

and look at Moderators, it says : " Moderators: Rafe, Global Moderators, Design Crew Council " Since Rafe is one of the Global Moderators shouldn't it only say : "Moderators: Global Moderators, Design Crew Council "

Rafe is the head leader of the design team. If thats bothering you, I guess we can change it..

It doesnt matter.. Changing it would just mean more work for admins.
