I need help with ranging..

hey guys, im like lvl 53 something ranged, and i wanna get 70 by the end of this year. Im f2p, so i dont got no good npcs to train on.. what do u guys recommend i train on to get 70 ranged?

Also, i need like steel arrow maker, all u do is make them. i provide logs, steel bars, and feathers.

Ill make the steel arrows if u provide the supplys and train your range on hobgoblins, skeletans, or guards.

You could train your range on the lessers on crandor, I heard thats really good. I dunno, might be a busy spot now though...

I've been training there, not really busy, u can use the bushes.. but some works some doesn't

the best place to train is baby blue dragons. great range and prayer xp.

at level 45 i was killing blue dragons for hides. i used the cash to pay for iron ore to make the knives (so you can use the fire shield :wink:

) i used.

He's f2p.

He has 37 fletching, so whether he was once a member or is one I do not know.

Mossies are good, varrock sewer is where I trained range.

sorry i was looking at your fletching and assumed you made a typo on the f2p. :oops:

...but IMO f2p range over 40 is pointless, you have no good arrows, bows, armor or equipment to use. at 80 range i hit 12's with f2p junk, where i can hit 18's in p2p. sorry if you all feel different but it is like using a steel long at 60 attack when you could be using a dragon long :roll:

but if you really want to stay in f2p, id go to lessers on karjama, the drops are decent enough to pay for the arrows you use up.

Ark, nobody asked you to come in here flaming him for working on range as an f2p. So do us all a favor and dont do it again. He has every right to work on whatever he wants, when he wants.

As for the one looking for a spot to train. Either go to Crandor for Lessers and Moss Giants. Or you can go to the top of Ice Mountain and peg Black Knights.

Reminder: You can also go to Varrock sewer..which I think was already previously stated.

yes,i have 37 fletching. but i was p2p 2 months ago. But yea, thnx for the advice. i'll try to get the steel arrows supplies. i gotta get my ranged higher, cuz ima become p2p next month or so. I'll probably try ranging on lessers, cuz i trained mage theire and gives good exp.
