itas kinda ok but the white boarder part and the shield mest it up overall is kinda ok.

personaly i would just move the layer around, if u wanna be precise u can use the measuring tool in photoshop, btw, other than centering id say its a really nice avatar, o and the shield could be turned to face us a little more but not a big deal,
