What kinda runes shall i buy? What kind of mosters should i train at. (you can see my stats at the signature)

I suggest buying air and chaos and then cast crumble undead on any undead monster. That's the fastest way to lvl up

Yup...I used crumble undead from 39-56 and it was really fast. Once you get to 55 you can also high alch stuff. A third option is to buy a lot of law runes and cast camelot teleport over and over.
