I'm a noob compared to most of you guys, but here are my current goals for Rs:

YOu can view my current in my sig

Attack: 60+
Str: 60+
Def: 60+
HP:50+
Crafting: 40+
Fishing: 68+
Smithing: 50+
Prayer: 43+
Magic: 27+
Herb: Anything higher
Agility: 25+
Get 1 mil, currently have about 100k

Well I advise killing cows for their cowhides and melee exp. For smithing just make steel bars and sell them for 550 each you will get 50 smithing and 1 million gp.
For the rest just train :)
