I often let my friend borrow my dragon armor and abyssal whip to aid him in duels. This happened today.

This is roughly what happened.

Him: Hey, i need your stuff again
Me: ok
*i trade him the armor and whip as usual*
Him: OMFG hahaha i hacked him and now i got your stuff!
*he logs off*

A few minutes later, I rceive a call from my friend, confirming that he had truely been hacked via keylogger...

Now I am out 50 million go in items, and currently, I honestly have no desire to continue playing.

Pika!! You can't just leave like this!!!Don't give up at anytime... Thats all I can say... Hope you'll feel better and start recovering. I know 50M lost is a very dreadful pain...It's very painful to see nice people fallen into bad things..

ahhhh dont quit yet....but never let anyone use your stuff unless you trust him/her completely!

Wow..that sucks. That's the main reason why I don't lend my items out to anyone, not even my real life friends. I just can't take the chance.

But it's just an online game, so from another viewpoint, it may seem a little obsessive. Still, if you're putting all this time and effort into a game, why not make the best out of it? Keep your stuff safe; don't trust anybody with items.

Don't quit just because of that, though. They're just virtual items. :-#

Im good friends with this guy in real life...so I do trust him...It's the hacker I have to deal with. ;_;

I lost my blue and green party hat almost same way as you did, yeah just keep playing

everyone got hacked once, it's all fair now.

I know I didn't lose 50m but on my scale I lost alot.

I jsut got my account back today and I am still playing. ^.^ Don't give up mate.

dude this sucks.. and i think what would be worse is if he actually lied, and still has your stuff... but if he is your best friend i doubt he has done that.

im sorry to hear of your lose, i just find it werid he would want your stuff again then all of a sudden be the hacker. I dunno , but i do know you will find out what is going on. Dont give up, dont give in to the hacker. Im sure some of us here at rsbandb *hint hint* can get ya back on your feet, or at least help you alittle..
