Surgery Today

Well yeah title says all but i had to go.. Ive had an ingrown toenail, no details needed, except it was disgusting and bad.. Anyways, it all went well, im loaded on meds now, can barely keep awake..

has anyone else ever had surgery?

my freind has had about 10 surgeries on her ear.the last one (wich was just a couple weeks ago) is sopposed to be her last...consider yourself lucky.

ive had a few. ingrown toenails hurt like a moe omg i feel for you. i had one where they rebroke my finger to put it back into place so it was broken twice instead of just once lol. ive had laser surgery on my back to remove a stone (as in one that got stuck in there from the ground). i had surgery on my face to fix some like possible cancer...only little but omg it hurt. lol thats about it thank god. get better soon :D i like watching disney movies when im hurt or sick...makes me feel better haha

i like to hear about this kinda stuff..

when i was 5 i was playing with fire, but ended up catching myself on fire, got second and third degree burns, went into shock, passed out, woke up in the hospital later.

When i was 14 and living in australia i had an accident with a serated kitchen knife, well, lets just say it went in 1 side of my thumb, came out the other. Had about 4 stitches.

Countless times when i have recked my bike (bmx) bike mostly in australia, went into the bush on dirt racks, went over jumps, half the time i would mess up, get a cut here and there. lol but kept on doing it..

There is another one, but ill keep that story safe with me for now

i was playing with elasticated cords you use to hold stuff on the top of cars a few years back and my friend and i where playing tug of war and he let go and it rebounded to me and the spike left a big hole in my chin, still have a small scar there now, then theres the falling in the pond and nearly drowning incident when i was 6, then i managed to pull a 40 inch televsion on my self and broke both my legs, im pretty accident prone

lol accidents love me...im like an accident and mayhem magnet! lol

once i was riding a bike and i tryed to ride it down a hill but the thing is that the bike was too big for me and so was the hill lol. i ran straight into a tree and cut 2 of my fingers, 1 down to the bone. thing is that i couldnt go to the hospital cos my mum was out lol...woops...and also she told me not to go outside till she was back incase i hurt myself but who was dumb enough to ignore her? and ye so i stuck a whole bunch of band aids on it and kept on goin...i have really big scars there now lol but im over it haha.

another time some plumbers came and they had a really big soldering iron...the kind u use for pipes and well...guess who went and picked it up with both hands? haha yep...me...lets just say i couldnt hold anything for about 2 weeks lol

one time i was rowing (single scull - thats for one person for those of u who dont know haha) and i fell out and when i was climbing on to a pontoon i sliced my foot on something and i dunno what it was but it was really deep. i was like meh its only little and i got back in my boat and kept goin lol. then after it was still bleeding (this is like after 2 hours of rowing) and i was like um ye maybe it is a bit deep and i actually couldnt wear a shoe for a couple of days cos it hut so much. but no stitches for me! i actually have a tiny scar there now but it looks cool haha

what a coinkidink i had my toe done on wednesday 11th!

no joke i did actually have it done. the salt baths are a friggin pain in the bum. and the only bit that hurts is the anaesthetic going in.

when i was about 2 years old i was leaning throught he banister on my stairs, and leant on my belt on my dressin-gown and fell thorugh. knonked my head on floor and was walking like i was bladdered.

I have trapped my thumb in french doors severasl times...

I brokje my nose and middle finger playing cricket. my middle fingertip actualy shattered and muscle tissue was popping out of end ouch! :cry:

Ouch, that must be a dang bad ingrown toenail. I've had those, but not serious.

My surgery was on my knee. All I was doing was some simple wheelies on a bike when one time I pulled up to far so I cam off the seat, then I straightened my legs and my feet hit the ground and then...

I tore my ACL ligament in my knee and fractured it, so I spent 2/3 of my summer vacation in a brace and on crutches.

I was running with shoes 2 big for me and 2 bees entered in one of em.....PAIN!!!! :shock:
