I thought he sent Jagex an ultimatum to remove the RAF or remove his mod status. Highly doubt one player moderator is more important than one of their features to them.

Warren, the original mod subject of this thread, did not, as far as I know, offer such an ultimatum but a few others did, and received a 'de-mod request accepted' message by return.
