Wonder what percentage of the 200k players have botted or have other accounts they use to bot?

Do you mean the ones online? Because of Millions have played RS.

Has anyone else not seen many bots recently? Maybe its the things im doing, but i haven't seen many recently.

I've been hanging around Shantay Pass, so yes :P
I think Ess/Mining bots were put out of commission for a while because they changed the models on Aubury and mining rocks.
