barrows special attack?

each set has its own special feature, i know for a fact that guthans set allows you to steal life.

The rangers special lowers agility. Its mainly for the wilderness pking agility course

I know that the new weapons do not have a special attack unless they make an update. I do not have any of the new weapons but I know people that do and it has no special attack.

no it is not a special attack, it is an added special effect when you have the full set of a certain armor

they dont need specials.. they own, i have *almost* all of them

Ahrim The Blighted (Mage) - Reduces Opponent strength or attack by 5 per hit.
Dharok The Wretched (Great Axe) - Attk damage double when ur hp is at 10% or less.
Guthan The Infested (Warspear) - Steals hp from opponent.
Karil the Tainted (Ranger) - decrease opponent agility
Verac the Defiled (Flail) - steal prayer from opponent.
Torag the Corrupted (Twin Hammers) - reduce opponent energy by 20%.

I've full Torag but it only work on player. Good at PK or dueling or castle war (maybe) only.

Torag Rules. (Stronger than Full Dragon)
