I'd have to say rune armor and a dragon weapon, depending on what quests you've done so you can weild them. Your defense really isn't high enough for dragon unless you really train, but dragon is SUPER expensive, to be obvious. Barrows maybe. If your range is 40+ (forgot to look) then go for dragon hide. 40, green, 50, blue, 60 red, 70 black.If you ever need a refresher just look on the in game stat thingys.

Before you start pking, I think you should raise your range to at least 60. Gl on your pking though.

Full Rune, a dragon wep, and like everyone else says, train your range and mage.
My secondary rs acc is a d claw pure in training, and i made the acc a couple of days ago so here are it's stats
B0SS Z
Atk: 40
Str: 44
Def: 1
Rnge: 24
Mage: 1
Fish: 56
all other stats r 1
