Will Tears of Guthix...?

Will tears of guthix level up my summoning if i haven't done wolf whistle?
because i want it to stay at 1.

It won't, I can guarantee that.
You have to do Wolf Whistle in order to get summoning experience.

I actually did exactly the same until almost a year ago.
From the moment you do Wolf Whistle you'll get experience from tears of guthix in summoning.

It wont. I can't tell you accuratly but I'm 95% sure it wont.

It's like wanting to gain herblore exp with genie lamps without doing Druidic Ritual, I don't think you can.
