train on ice warriors the chance of getting the rune med is too slim and the runes are better than nothing but another thing is the ice warriors do hit alot but they are closer to a bank and food source not to mention a prayer place for all you high lvl prayer beasts and you can fight ice giants too

for me i kill ice warriors cause they drop the runes. sometimes i kill lessers but rune meds are really rare to get so i would kill ice warriors for runes. i hope i helped.

Ice warriors are better in the exp. But in lesser island the lobsters are caught there

i usually trained on moss giants (all the time, just look at my prayer! :shock:

) and ive just recently switched to ice warriors/giants, cuz ur always fighting there.

But i would still have to say lessers bcuz u can get some good drops other that the rune med, and if ur a mge, u get lots of fire runes and chaos :wink:

definately lessers. they are soo ez to kill for the goodx amount of exp that you get when you find the right spot to train

Do strength on the Lesser demons, and attack/defense on the Ice warriors.

Lessers as Stanley said if you have 40 fishing and bring a hatchet and tinderbox with you then you can easily stay there all day.

do what i do, go to ice, when u run outa food go to lessers,then when u run outa food go to ice.....but if i had to choose,definitly ice giants,or ice warriors,black kites alch for about 1k and same with mith sqr,and their droped pretty commonly,i make more money off ice

Didnt know Ice Warriors gave better XP, better kill them next time i go training... I voted for Lessers anyway!
